If Only
I just got home from a movie date with DM. We watched "If Only" starring Jennifer Love Hewitt as the musician girlfriend of the workaholic and insensitive Paul Nicholls. I hope I wasn't a bit carried away with my description of "Ian" played by Paul Nicholls. This movie is really touching and moving. It moved me a few times and so was DM. :)
I thought it was a typical love story with a happy ending when I saw the movie poster but it's unbelievably not. The writing and directing were impressive or maybe because I wasn't expecting that much from this movie. Bottomline is, this film won me over. Two thumbs up!
And of course watching this film with DM made me realize again, for the nth time... that life is too short.. and as the saying goes, if we love someone, show him or her that we truly do and that we appreciate him or her and everything he or she does. For all we know, it will be too late for us to notice that we lost them... tsk tsk tsk.. sad.. :-/
Winning line or should I say winning scene because it was raining and the last few minutes, supposed to be, of Sam (Jennifer Love Hewitt), from Ian (Paul Nicholls) -- "Thanks for being the person who taught me on how to love and be loved.."
On a lighter note, I had a bunch of beautiful flowers again from DM. :) It's our special day once again.. and everyday is a better day because of him...
aren't they beautiful?
Thanks much, sweetie.. you never failed to make me smile.. and not to forget DM's cousin Ana -- thanks, girl! I know you're always there to provide a helping hand whenever DM needs one. ;)
It's bedtime once again. There are some changes with my habits, I now start my day at 9AM.. whew! Major adjustment really.. but it feels good to start each day early and finish work around 5PM? =) Not so me! But I guess things are better this way. And I like it.
Before I finally sign off, I would want to post this li'l note first --> Happy special day, sweetie! :)

About the movie, it reminds me telling that to you… that because of you I learn how to love you unconditionally and be loved by you in return… You opened my heart to a new perspective and I am very grateful for that!!! I promised you that I won’t get tired of being myself to you…that is loving you endlessly!!!
